- Has been with Montage since Day 1
- Grew up in Vietnam, Bay Area transplant 15+ years ago
- Berkeley undergrad, Stanford PhD in Physical Chemistry, made a left turn to build a career in venture capital

- Joined Montage after operating roles and searching for her ‘ikigai’ to support early stage founders in catalyzing change
- Held BizOps, Sales and Growth roles at a range of Series A to enterprise companies, including PlanGrid (acquired by Autodesk) and Karat (financial services for creators)
- Started her career in investment banking after graduating from USC
- Weekends in SF include ceramics, Barry’s bootcamp, and her french bulldog, Buddha

- Born and raised in England with entrepreneurship in her DNA - watching her parents' relentless work ethic as they built multiple businesses from the ground up instilled both her passion for helping founders and an unshakeable drive to succeed
- Proudly served as a Sergeant in the Royal Air Force, where rigid military discipline and leadership experience shaped her methodical approach to tackling complex challenges
- Cut her teeth in Fintech where she led the investment team as an early employee at PeerStreet, scaling the organization from a handful of people to over 60 team members while growing volume to $4B+, before joining BOLD Capital Partners to invest in frontier technology
- Currently serves as an Adjunct Professor at Pepperdine Graziadio Business School, continuing to support the next generation of business leaders
- Avid baker but also loves all things health and wellness. Latest obsession includes Powerplate workouts

Matthildur Árnadóttir
- Born and raised in Iceland, moved to California for her MS in Electrical Engineering from Stanford, where she discovered her passion for machine learning and signal processing
- Before joining Montage, she worked as an asset management analyst and later developed AI-driven solutions for operational efficiency at Focal Systems
- Currently building tools to enhance deal flow, analysis, and tracking
- Loves skiing with her husband Siggi and is determined to perfect her golf swing

- Founding Team Member & Head of Marketing at eos Products (most known for their egg shaped lip balm) and Director of Marketing at L’Oreal USA
- Pop culture junkie and content obsessed (which I like to claim is for work, but is also for play)
